Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

StudioTechX operates Remy. We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use your memory vault to target advertisements to you.

This page is provided so that anyone using Remy can understand that commitment and exercise rights available under privacy laws, including laws that use the terms “sell,” “share,” or “targeted advertising.”

We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us run Remy—for example, hosting, authentication, AI processing, message delivery, payment processing, security, and customer support. They process information for the service we request, subject to contractual and legal restrictions. We do not permit them to use Remy memory content for their own advertising.

We may also disclose information when you ask us to, when needed to complete a connected-service action, or when required to comply with law, protect users, or prevent fraud and abuse. These operational disclosures are not a sale of your personal information.

You may ask us to:

• confirm whether we sell or share your personal information;
• stop any activity that qualifies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under law;
• access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal information; or
• explain how a particular Remy connection uses your information.

Because Remy does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is no advertising opt-out switch to enable. We will honour a valid request if our practices change or if applicable law treats an activity differently.

Send a request through Remy Support or email support.remy@studiotechx.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us the email address connected to your account and the right you want to exercise. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or sensitive memory content.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account. An authorised agent may submit a request where local law permits, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification with the account holder.

We will not unlawfully deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right. Some features may no longer work if the information needed to provide them is deleted or restricted; if so, we will explain the practical effect.

We may update this notice if Remy’s services or privacy laws change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. If we ever begin an activity that requires an opt-out, we will update this page and provide the legally required choice before applying it to your information.
