Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and StudioTechX, the operator of Remy. They apply when you access Remy’s website, web application, WhatsApp experience, AI memory tools, reminders, integrations, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account or using Remy, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian permits your use.

Remy helps you capture, organise, recall, and act on information through text, voice, images, documents, locations, reminders, lists, habits, wellness entries, WhatsApp, and connected services. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change as the product develops. Some announced or preview features may not yet be generally available.

Provide accurate registration and payment information, keep it current, and protect your password, one-time codes, devices, and connected accounts. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Do not share an account in a way that defeats plan limits or impersonate another person. Notify us through Remy Support promptly if you believe your account or linked WhatsApp number is compromised.

You retain ownership of the notes, audio, images, documents, locations, messages, and other content you submit to Remy (“Your Content”). You give StudioTechX a limited, worldwide permission to host, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Remy and to follow your instructions.

You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and that doing so does not unlawfully violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights. Only share another person’s information when you have an appropriate reason and permission.

Remy uses artificial intelligence and automated speech, image, and language processing. Results can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Verify important dates, addresses, names, transcriptions, health-related information, and actions before relying on them.

Remy is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Remy as the only method for medication, safety-critical, legal-deadline, or emergency reminders. Contact qualified professionals and emergency services when appropriate.

If you link WhatsApp, a calendar, email, authentication provider, or another third-party service, you authorise Remy to exchange the information necessary for the features you request. Your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and policies.

Third-party availability, delivery, permissions, or account restrictions are outside our control. You may disconnect a service, but doing so may stop related captures, synchronisation, or reminders. Carrier, data, or third-party messaging charges may apply.

You must not use Remy to:

• break the law, infringe rights, threaten, harass, deceive, or cause harm;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or prohibited WhatsApp content;
• upload malware, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service;
• access another person’s account or private information without permission;
• scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or use automated access except through an expressly permitted interface; or
• use Remy’s output to make unlawful or solely automated high-impact decisions about another person.

We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Remy, users, third parties, or the law.

Remy offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Current prices, billing periods, feature limits, taxes, and currencies are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed billing period until cancelled, unless checkout states otherwise.

You may cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, amounts already paid are non-refundable. If payment fails, we may retry payment, restrict paid features, or move the account to an available free tier. Changing plans may alter limits and access at the effective time shown during checkout.

Remy’s software, interface, visual identity, logo, documentation, and service content—excluding Your Content—belong to StudioTechX or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Remy for its intended purpose. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

We work to keep Remy available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue features. When practical, we will give reasonable notice of a material change that significantly reduces a paid service.

You may stop using Remy and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—survive termination.

To the extent permitted by law, Remy is provided “as is” and “as available.” StudioTechX disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that AI output or reminders will always be accurate, complete, timely, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, StudioTechX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from Remy. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to StudioTechX for Remy during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Kerala, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or Remy.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an available consumer forum.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. We will post the revision, change the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a reorganisation or business transaction. These Terms and referenced policies are the complete agreement about your use of Remy.
